Heater control smd conversion

Would someone be so kind to swap the smds in the heater controls for me please. I had a go tonight but beyond my capability.

I don't have the smds so could someone supply and fit??

Just a heads up Rich, this is how it stands now. Wanted the Heater controls white to match the radio with red activation leds if possible please

I think they look terrible in white, I did one for somebody a few years ago, even did the GID and it looked awful in my opinion yet the clocks always look great in white lol !!!

set it up mate, I don't mind you doing one, you can probably hold it at mine too, there's enough space to hold about 6 or 7 cars by mine so it wouldn't be a problem, plus you could do the work in my conservatory or in the car port
