Subject: Radio DVD800/CD500, Navigation map MY 2011 - Incompatible with radio MY 2009/2010

Models:
Insignia 2009...2010,Astra-J 2009...2010,Meriva-B 2009...2010

Complaint: When DVD or CD 2011 is inserted an error message is displayed

Cause: Radios MY 2009/2010 cannot read the map data for MY 2011.

Production:

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint do not replace the radio as this
will not solve the problem.

The problem affects MY 2009/2010 vehicles only and cannot be
solved yet.

For vehicle MY 2009/2010 an updated DVD / CD will be available
approximately August 2011.
